VoiceSpring, LLC Privacy Statement

Collection/Use of Information
If you purchase voice communications service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on your order form. You must provide certain contact and financial information. We use this information for billing, provisioning of service, to solve problems associated with service, and to inform customers of new products or services that will better meet your needs.  While we will use customer identifiable information to market products and services to you, we will not disclose or make available any such information to any third parties seeking to market products.  If you choose not to receive information on new products and services from us, and so inform us, your information will not be used for direct marketing purposes.

Restrictions on Disclosure
We will not trade, sell, lease or disclose any form of customer identifiable information to others without your consent, except to business partners who are acting on our behalf to provide you service, or in cases where release is required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process. In addition, we may release personal identifiable information where failure to do so may lead to imminent harm to the customer or others.  This includes information derived from registration, subscription, and use of VoiceSpring service.

Security
We and our technology partner have implemented a wide variety of technology and security features to ensure the privacy of customer information on our network.  In addition, we have established strict guidelines to ensure customer privacy is safeguarded throughout our organization.  We will revise policies and implement additional security features as new technologies become available. Despite our security policies and technology, absolute security cannot be guaranteed because our service utilizes, in whole or in part, the public Internet and third party networks to transmit voice and other communications. Consequently, we assume no responsibility for the privacy of voice and other information that you may transmit or receive using the service.

Communications
We will not read, listen to or disclose to any third parties private e-mail, conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using VoiceSpring services except as required to ensure proper operation of services or as otherwise authorized by law. 

Unlawful Activity
We may use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activities that threaten the integrity of service or network integrity or otherwise violate our VoIP Service Agreement.

Account Information
We will do our best to honor customer requests for account information, such as usage and billing information.  You as our customer are responsible for ensuring that the information on file with us is current and accurate.
