I want a local presence in an area where I don’t actually have an office. Does VoiceSpring's Virtual Office Service offer additional phone numbers that can be routed to me?
Yes! The first number is included in the base rate of your service. There is small cost for each additional phone number with a limit of 10 per account.
I have a toll-free number that I want to keep. Does VoiceSpring's Virtual Office Service allow me to use an existing toll-free number?
Yes! You would need to simply contact your toll-free service provider and request that the number is pointed to the local number provided with your VoiceSpring Virtual Office Account.
I would like to have a toll-free number for callers that are outside of my local area.
Does VoiceSpring offer a toll-free number service?
Yes! VoiceSpring will be happy to provide a toll-free number for you. The toll-free number service is metered on inbound calls at a very competitive rate. Please call (866) 654-1800 to inquire about our toll-free number service rates.
My current voicemail box fills up quickly and my callers hear a message that my mailbox is full. Does VoiceSpring's Virtual Office Service offer a large storage capacity for my voicemail messages?
Yes! Your callers will never get a message that your mailbox is full again. Each voicemail box will hold up to 9,999 minutes before the oldest message is automatically deleted.
I only have Internet service at home but not at my office. Will VoiceSpring's Virtual Office Service still work for me?
Yes! You can still check your messages by phone at the office and on the computer at home.
I am currently using a cell phone for my business number. Will VoiceSpring’s Virtual Office Service still work for me?
Yes! You do not need a landline to benefit from our service. Many of our customers are small business owners without a home or office landline. It is an obvious benefit to not have to give out your cell phone number for business contacts. Furthermore, the call-screening feature allows you to always separate business calls from personal calls.

Do I need VoiceSpring support to help make changes on my account or can I make changes on the fly by myself?
Most changes that you would need can be made from the web portal. You can easily modify your email addresses and follow-me numbers and the changes occur in real time.
Does VoiceSpring's Virtual Office Service offer me access to reports of call activity on my account?
Yes! Call detail reporting is easily accessible from the web portal. All activity is instantly reported and includes Date, Time, Duration of the call, and Caller ID.

Will the caller’s phone number be passed through as the Caller ID to my phone?
Yes!
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes! The term of the service agreement is only 90 days and your service can be terminated with a 30 day written notice.
Are there any set-up fees associated with acquiring the Virtual Office Service?
Yes, but you will know about them up front. There are no hidden costs or fees associated with our service. The programming fee will be clearly stated on the service agreement. This one-time fee is determined by our cost of labor hours to program & test your account for accuracy. We also take into account the time it will take for initial training on setting-up and using the service.
